A series of elegant 20 guest dinner parties , opening our first ever Jaiyé season.
Theme: Flavours From My Father’s Home- heat, sweet, smoke and spice
Across the evening our Jaiyé culinary team presents a six course menu inspired by the dishes and stories I grew up with. Thoughtful course introductions reveal the why, the ingredients and the minds behind the menu. Free flowing drinks throughout the evening and warm, beautiful service. Every guest leaves with a Jaiyé gift bag and a farewell drink to go. Each ticket includes automatic entry into our luxury prize draw. More than just a dinner.
